The level and type of domestic aluminum alloy profiles are comparable to those of foreign products. Aluminum alloy profiles can be divided into: electrophoretic paint profiles, anodized pigmented profiles, fluorocarbon paint spray profiles, powder spray profiles, and thermal insulation profiles.
The aluminum alloy profile has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good decoration, corrosion resistance, long life and rich colors. The surface of the high-quality profile product does not lose light and does not change color for 20 years.
Pay attention to the following points when purchasing aluminum alloy profiles:
First, the wall thickness of the profile: the product thickness of the door and window material is not less than 1.2 mm, and the wall thickness must be calculated according to the area bearing capacity.
Second, the thickness of the surface coating of the product: the film thickness of the electrophoretic paint product is not less than 17μm, the film thickness of the anodized product is not less than 10μm, the thickness of the coating of the powder coating does not exceed the range of 40-120μm, and the fluorocarbon paint is sprayed. The product should be above two coats and should not be less than 30μm.
Third, the surface of the product should be bright and bright, and the surface should not have obvious defects such as bubbles and scratches.
Fourth, you can't use a hard object such as a brush as a cleaning tool. You should choose a soft cotton gauze.
Fifth, in coastal areas, it is best to choose powder spray profiles, electrophoretic paint profiles or fluorocarbon spray profiles with good corrosion resistance.
Sixth, you can use water, detergent and soap when cleaning profiles, but you can't use other organics.
Seventh, check the product certificate, company name, specifications, date of manufacture, technical conditions and production licenses.
